General Information

1. Where is this event located?

This retreat will be held at Columbia International University  (7435 Monticello Rd, Columbia, SC 29203)

2. What do I do if I am coming alone?

This retreat is open to all youth members around the globe. We have a team of people ready to meet you and welcome you to the program. For any questions, email us at info@csmcyouthus.org and we will link you up with one of our program organizers.

3. When is the program?

The retreat begins on Thursday, July 25th, 2024 and ends on Sunday, July 28th, 2024.

4. What should I bring?

The retreat participants are encouraged to bring the following:

    1. Prayer gowns (and hats for female members)
    2. Girdles
    3. Bible
    4. Clothing
    5. Towels
    6. Personal hygiene products
    7. Snacks
    8. Medication (if applicable).
    9. Jeans for praise night
    10. Business Casual Attire for Career Expo
    11. Shower Shoes

5. What is the cost of registration? What is covered in the fee?

The cost of the Early Bird registration is $200 (while supplies last). The fee becomes $260 thereafter.  

6. Which airport is closest to the retreat venue?

Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE ), Columbia, SC (7 miles)

7. Is there any shuttle from the airport to the venue?

Airport shuttle is available from Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE ) to Columbia International University. You can set up airport shuttle through by filling out this transportation from CAE request form – https://forms.gle/MxkE1JNpcM6ySnGt8.

Registration & Pricing

8. Will I receive a confirmation of registration?

Yes,  A confirmation email will be sent to you upon the completion of your registration.

9. Can I pay in installments?

Yes, installment plans available. Deposit of $75 is required to hold your slot, remaining payment is due by July 7, 2023. ( All deposits are nonrefundable)

10. Is there a special rate for anyone traveling from afar?

Unfortunately, the registration price is fixed and there is no special rate for anyone traveling from afar.

11. Can I register as a group?

Yes. Group registration is available. After clicking “Save Registrant”, you can then select “Add Registrant” to register another individual before completing the total payment. A maximum of 10 individuals can be registered as a group per transaction.

12. Are breakfast/Lunch/Dinner included in the price?

Food is included in the registration price. This starts with dinner on Thursday and ends with Breakfast on Sunday.

13. Is accommodation included?

Yes. We provide lodging during the retreat. Accommodation is dorm-style with up to 2 people in a room. Please specify roommate choice on the registration form. Only same gender will be assigned to the same room.

14. Is there another method of paying my retreat registration other than through the website?

No, only online payments can be accepted to register for the retreat. If there is trouble with online payment, please reach out to us immediately at info@csmcyouthus.org for further assistance.

15. Can I register and pay at the retreat?

All registration and payment must be completed online. If for any reason, you can not fulfill this, please reach out to us immediately at info@csmcyouthus.org for further instructions.

16. What is your cancellation policy?
